Make "year" in birthday field optional
Sometimes you simply don't know someone's exact age, but you do know what day and month they celebrate their birthday. Right now I set their birth year to 1800, but it'd be a lot better if the "year" part was optional.

Auto-Select Mail-Address Field when pressing "Forward" and Message Field when pressing "Answer"
When I press "forward" in a mail, I am used to having the recipient's mail address field selected, so I can start typing right away, instead of scrolling down and selecting it. Same goes for answers: Here, the message field should be selected. That's the way Gmail does it and it feels very natural.

Correct image scaling in Notes
Images are not being scales in notes. It would be much more useful, if the images would just scale to the width of the note. Also, when larger images are contained in a note, the note does not fold correctly (see screenshots attached).

Drag and Drop File Upload in Project
In a project, when I go to files, I can not use drag & drop to upload files. Also, I can only upload one file at a time which is unnecessarily time-consuming.

Confirm modal Windows with Return Key
In modal windows (like the overlay for the activity deatail view), it would be helpful to just hit the return key instead of using the mouse to confirm changes / activate the "save" button.

Command + Return as Shortcut to send a Mail
In most mail programs and ticketing software, Command + Return is the shortcut to send the mail that you are writing. It would be handy to have that in Pipedrive, too.

On some occasions I would like someone from my team to send mailings on my behalf. It would be interesting to add a feature that would allow another user to send mails on behalf of another user.

I think it would be an awesome feature to add filters to the goals section. This way we could set targets by segmenting the information in a funnel in the same way you can do now in reports.
