I've discovered that it is not possible to add Pipedrive Bot to a Private Channel in Microsoft Teams. Are there any plans to change this, or does anybody have a workaround without creating a brand new Teams group for specific users?
It would be awesome to have a feature to send a group email and then have an automation that sends an email reply to the contacts that didn't reply. Pipedrive has both capabilities in different scenarios but I wasn't able to find this option.
When I schedule a group email for a particular group, the outbox only shows a preview and the number of people, it would be good if we can go back and edit that group email while we can.
Test emails for email campaigns would be more useful if they were delivered in a timely way. A little frustrating to finish drafting an email, send a test, and then have to kill time waiting for the email to be delivered to review it.
