i firmly believe your users link their social media accounts and website to pipedrive. with this said, pipedrive should have a filter to collect newly added person under contacts, whether that is automatically or manually put in pipedrive contacts, this filter of course should be cappable of a date range.
The drop down list feature needs to be able to trace duplicates (Prevent them) as well as we need a way to make it easier to add them when we develop a new line item during lead creation. Currently I have to go to settings to add a new field and this should be easier.
