Conditional Logic for Custom Fields based on Product or any other custom field
This is a missing feature that should be there. When you are selling multiple products, and each product has its own set of required custom fields, then conditional logic on showing and hiding fields is required to not make the forms cluttered. Please consider this. I see many many posts about this in this forum.

Mass Create Deals from Leads/Contacts.
We need the ability to mass create deals from the lead list. It's impractical to create each deal one at a time, specially for our outbound telemarketers, they need to be able to quickly add all leads assigned to them as a deal, and work through calling them.
