Client Caching
I have a company with <5,000 entries (contact + org + deal). The tables constantly reload on scroll, and I've found it easier to export + re-import to do bulk edits. A front-end cache would improve common-case user experience. Guard rails on the max size would fall back to current usage for large-database users.

Pinning notes straight away and bulk editing tasks within a deal
Hi, what do you think about being able to bulk edit tasks within a deal rather than going to the activities screen. I am not sure why this is not an option. Also, and I have mentioned this before - pinning a note as you save it rather than finding the note after you've saved it and then pinning it.
New Feature Request - Duplicate reports
Option to duplicate reports. For example: create a report for this month, but want to create for last month. If the option existed I can used my already created 'this month' report, duplicate, and change the date entering stage to last month, etc.

Detect which contact open the mail with the mail tracking
Hi, it would be nice, in addition to the mail counter, to add which mail contact opened the mail you send (not just how many time it was opened). Really interesting when you have multiple recipients, or one recipients but many in cc. Thanks, cheers !
