Insights for Activity Reporting needs to be able to report on "Call Outcomes"
Support verified that there is no way to report Activities down to the Call Outcome level. Without the ability to report on Call Outcomes, all calls are just calls. KPI's for our ISRs (Insides Sales Reps) are based on Dials, Conversations and Appointments set. How can we get this with Pipedrive?

Hey there, wouldn't it be nice to send the files, which are deposited in a deal, directly via mail? Right now you have to download the file from the deal first and then you have to attach the file from your computer. Bulk update needs the option to add to existing not just override.
The bulk update feature causes me issues because I can't add to existing, I can only over ride the existing. This is an issue for tagging additional information to a field that already has some values assigned.
