Hello, I've set up an automation that allows for an activity to be created as soon as a prospect opens an email. The problem is that when a contact opens the email 4 times, it creates 4 activities. Is it possible to limit it to only creating one activity? Thank you for your help.

We have leads that come in as contacts and we do not use the leads tab in Pipedrive. Instead, we assign person-owner when someone fills out one of our forms. We want to start alternating who gets these contacts as they come in between 2 people. We cannot figure out how to alternate these contact owners.
