We use different phases for a project. We have created a template of different activities for each phase. Is it possible to set up an automation in which the project automatically moves to the next phase when all tasks within 1 phase are set to done?
The title pretty much says it all. An example: I change a label on a person/org/deal, it scrapes the bits of info from the person/org/deal that I specify, and slaps them in a note on the same or any other person/org/deal. Yes I can accomplish this in Zapier or Make, and I have, but native in Pipedrive would be nice.
Hey I am finally trying to make full use of PipeDrive. I have created a meeting via Scheduler. The downside is, once someone books a meeting I can't seem to send them email reminders (24 hours and 1 hour) before the meeting. Is there a workaround for this? Thanks TK

Pipedrive support are being a bit slow on this subject, but we have noticed that our email signatures are missing on email templates that are sent automatically as part of one of our workflows. Any ideas how to fix this?
When I have automation set up to send off an email, it is not including the email signature. Is there a way to include it (each sales agent has their own signature and any of them can trigger the automation) or do I need to set a general business signature to include within the template instead?
