I would like to see the ability to have the 'deal specific address' automatically added to to the "To" field when sending an email from a deal without needing to copy and paste it manually. That way clients can reply-to-all and the email will get allocated to the correct project. This would really help if the person emailed is not a follower of the deal but is still relevant to the deal.

Hi @Joe Guliker thanks for posting. Unfortunately it's not possible for all of your customers to reply to emails and have them be automatically added to Pipedrive. I don't understand why that would be a security issue. Other companies such as coconstruct.com have that feature available. But if that is different for Pipedrive for some reason, I guess I'll just need to copy and past that address whenever I send an email out.... just a few extra steps.

Hi @Joe Guliker actually when we first developed this the feedback from customers came often that a lot of "mess" came into their inbox since anyone could just send emails there. Therefore we decided to put control in the hand of the user. Either you set up the sync or with BCC you select any relevant email in your inbox and then manually forward it to the deal specific address for example so it still links properly in Pipedrive. So any email you want into Pipedrive that you send, be sure to add the address. For the ones you receive, just forward them to the same address and you're all good.

There's multiple requests for this all over the web. It's a no brainer that if you want to send an email about a deal it would connect to the deal. The most efficient way of sending generic emails is using the templates.
