How can you export the 'products' listed in all deals for demand planning and analysis?

Hi @Kean Crispin just to be sure I'm understanding you properly, you want to be able to see from all deals (do you mean literally all, or only open or won deals?) what products are in those deals. So the number on each product that is already sold/potentially will be sold?0

@Mike van der Valk Yes, I would like to export all the products listed/added in all Open deals so i can see the total picture of what products are been ordered when please? any ideas?0
-
@Mike van der Valk Exactly, i think i have just replied saying what you just said :-)0

@Kean Crispin thanks for clarifying. Currently the best option is to go to the product itself and then open the list of deals it's linked to. This can be exported. You can also check the Pipedrive Progress - Reports section to find how many products you have linked to your deals but unfortunately you can't export from there. We're working on our new Insights reporting feature and in the future we plan to make it possible for you to see exactly the info you're looking for and giving an option to export. Sorry for the inconvenient workarounds in the meantime.

Hi there! You can export the ‘products’ listed in all deals with the help of Trujay’s Automated Migration Tool. You can proceed with the migration on your own or try out our Guided Self-Service Migration. If you’re not sure how to proceed using the Self-Service tool, get a Guided Service and we’ll do the entire project for you. For more details, contact our experts at [email protected] and check out our free handbook.

We have found a tool that helps us out for the moment, skyvia.com but it would indeed be a useful option to get the data out of pipedrive to do checks or analysis.0

@Mike van der Valk is there any simple way to get an export in excel of deals and products linked? For me it is valid in both directions (deals with products or products linked to deals)0
-
@Oscar Perez Hi, the tool is called sykvia query and works with google sheets0

@Cihan kranda Thanks, I will give it a try0
