Automatically link emails with WON deals

Why would you need the functionality, how would you use it, etc.. Then we can better understand why the manual linking of the deal specific bcc address are not enough for your case.0

Automatically link emails with WON-deals.
When our team signed a contract with a (open) deal, the open deal goes on status WON. But after the deal goes on WON, it is not possible to automatically link emails with WON-deals.
After the deal is put on WON, we send the new customer, for example, welcome messages, start-up documents, feedback forms, bulk BCC email mailing campagsn e etc.
Then we have to manually link emails to won-deals, this takes a lot of time and multiple pair of hands.
I am on tab 'Mail'
When I see email message aren't linked to won-deals
Then I have to link the e-mail message to won-deals manually
But I expect that the system is linking the email message to won deals automatically.
Is this enough for you?

This automation you're expecting is something Klenty had built not very long ago, just because a lot of Pipedrive users like you had wanted !! And it has worked out seamlessly for them
So let me explain to you what this workflow does. Whenever you move a deal from an 'open' stage to 'won' stage, Klenty can automatically trigger emails to go for this stage. It is basically like an email sequence for every sales pipeline. You can create email sequence , follow-ups , tasks, etc for every stage that you want.
Since Klenty has native integration with Pipedrive, once your deal moves to a particular stage, an automated email is triggered. It saves so much of manual work !!
The automation is similar to this :

But I'm not sure about using it for customers/ambassador. This also means an extra system to work in, extra accounts, more information for the team etc.
Is it not possible to enable this as a feature flag in Pipedrive?0
Paul Wood_29660 Posts: 12edited April 2021 #10I am struggling with this for my clients too. Can a Pipedrive employee give an update? Its frustrating that Pipedrive seems to have been developed entirely with the sales process in mind. Once the sale is made it just seems to throw its hands up in the air and celebrates then does nothing... I'm not sure why that is, a sale isn't made until payment is made and goods or services are rendered.
Please escalate this feature.0

With this idea in mind after a deal is won you can continue tracking the delivery of the product/service inside a project, also track your emails there so basically work on the after-sales process.
