So let me explain to you what this workflow does. Whenever you move a deal from an 'open' stage to 'won' stage, Klenty can automatically trigger emails to go for this stage. It is basically like an email sequence for every sales pipeline. You can create email sequence , follow-ups , tasks, etc for every stage that you want.
Since Klenty has native integration with Pipedrive, once your deal moves to a particular stage, an automated email is triggered. It saves so much of manual work !!
