Hello, I have a question on uploading data. When we are uploading date that concern existing contacts (persons) while choosing merge duplicates, we get Pipedrive to recognise that the contacts are the same and merge data for them, however we end up with two same email addresses (one under work and one under other). The email address though is exactly the same - any thoughts?

Could you double check if the address is really fully the same in your spreadsheet? Perhaps there's a space or some other hidden character in one of the cells of the spreadsheet that makes the system think it's different while importing. Or do you potentially have 2 columns in your spreadsheet that you assigned to different email fields in Pipedrive?0
