How can I check if workflow automation has worked?
How can I check if workflow automation has worked? I have set up so an introduction email is sent to all newly created contacts, however I can't find a way to check an email has been sent, so I am tempted to manually send an email with the possibility of them receiving 2 identical emails.

You can check the sent folder in your Pipedrive "Mail" tab and the sent email messages will be there. Although currently there's not a log for when automations went off, this is something we plan to develop, and I've included your suggestion in the feedback I've sent to our team.

Add a new dummy contact with a real email ID and see if you receive the email.
