Meeting Notes Template: Does anyone know how to create a meeting note or meeting report template that one can insert into the notes section for accounts? Yes, it can probably be done in word and copied over, but I was hoping for a template for the notes section.
I would suggest creating an Automation that creates a note with your desired "template" fields whenever a new activity is created. Then all you have to do is fill in the template fields with the relevant information. This should make your life easier! 🚀
Trigger would be "Activity Created" and action would be "Update Activity Fields". See example below:
