Hello!
Is there a way where we can get better statistics on our live chat function?
At the moment we are only getting aggregated results of clicks, views, qualified leads and unqualified leads. Ideally we would like:
- Views and clicks per time period rather than aggregated results.
- Number of missed chats where nobody was available.
- Most popular and least popular automated responses clicked.

As far as I'm aware this is not in our immediate plans, but the team noted down your suggestion for when they'll work on updates again.
I suggest you explore some of the analytics integrations we offer in our marketplace, as they allow to draw data from Pipedrive and create custom reports. I did a quick search for you, see here.
