If an new cliënt send you an e-mail (interested in your product) you should have a button next to the e-mail wich sends it to the Leads inbox.

In my opinion, conceptually, a lead is a potential opportunity that has not yet been qualified, once some things happen, including that the potential client shows some interest in my product or service, it becomes a prospect and therefore part of my funnel , and the functionality of creating a lead associated with an incoming email already exists.

I think @Rob Bakker is saying he can add the person straight from the email inbox to a lead.
He then should follow up on the lead based on his sales process and convert to Deal when ready.
This then "hopefully" flows through the pipeline until sign up.0 -

Yes. Why provide a Leads Inbox if you can't add "leads" from other areas in Pipedrive. If I get a new business enquiry in my pipedrive email, then I should be able to say if I want to add it to leads just like it says we can make it a deal. Can we upvote and action this please
