If an new cliënt send you an e-mail (interested in your product) you should have a button next to the e-mail wich sends it to the Leads inbox.

In my opinion, conceptually, a lead is a potential opportunity that has not yet been qualified, once some things happen, including that the potential client shows some interest in my product or service, it becomes a prospect and therefore part of my funnel , and the functionality of creating a lead associated with an incoming email already exists.0

I agree with this
I think @Rob Bakker is saying he can add the person straight from the email inbox to a lead.
He then should follow up on the lead based on his sales process and convert to Deal when ready.
This then "hopefully" flows through the pipeline until sign up.0

Yes. Why provide a Leads Inbox if you can't add "leads" from other areas in Pipedrive. If I get a new business enquiry in my pipedrive email, then I should be able to say if I want to add it to leads just like it says we can make it a deal. Can we upvote and action this please0
