Is there a way of automatically setting an email to 'Private' automatically even if the default is to share? Perhaps a tag on the email or even a BCC'd additional address?

    Unfortunately not @Adam Broom right now you need to go to your email settings and have all set to private or shared by default and then manually change individual emails.
