I would like to be able to set one meeting URL that searches multiple calendars for pooled availability  and sets the earliest time for the customer based on rules or preferences  set be me or round robin. This way, it can be a replacement for calendly :)

 

Also, ability to shorten link urls.

    I would also appreciate an update on where the PipeDrive development team is at with pooled availability? As an administrator, the inability to create schedules for employees without logging into their account and no "round-robin" calendar assignment is a major detriment.

    Searched for how to do pooled availability for our whole sales team...disappointed this isn't a possibility in PD

    Hi Sam, I couldn’t help but think how perfect The Arrivy Bookings module would be in this scenario. We fully integrate with Pipedrive and essentially with our offering you can create a pooled availability in terms of slots and have them booked/assigned to individual team members. Would love to explain this in detail to you on a quick call  if you have some time to spare.
