Hello Everyone, I was wondering if someone could help me. Every time I create an activity for a client, it shows up at least 2 times (sometimes more) in the Activities tab and assigns a task to everyone, BUT sometimes it deletes the customer. So as you can imagine our activities tab is a disaster. What am I doing wrong or how can i fix this?

    Hi @June I'd suggest you and your colleagues to review everyones calendar sync settings personally on their own accounts. It can also be that you potentially have some workflow automation set up that duplicates stuff? In case this doesn't help you further I'd suggest to reach out to our support team with some examples or a video recording of it so they can assist you further.
