How do I get the IOS app to record a text message sent in Pipedrive?

Hi @NICHOLAS JONES !

Currently Pipedrive doesn't have a feature to send SMS  - you must be using Mailigen or an integration from our marketplace to send them. Can you let us know what you're using to send these messages so we can understand your case better?
