I have been meaning to write about this topic for a while. It is about setting up a 'minimum viable system' for setting up Pipedrive for success for salespeople. IMHO, it both necessary and sufficient to get cracking.

I sat down for 3+ hours last night (Sunday!!) to write this article.

I now know at least one person who has benefited from this.

Can anyone name few portal or app which comply with the followings?

1. Integrated with Pipedrive
2. Integrated with Xero
3. It can support different commission level (range 1 - 100K, 5% AND range 100,001and above 10%)
4. Simple and nice dashboard
