    Rob - I have heard great things about PandaDocs. There will be some setup required to begin with but it works really well.

    We have been using Pandadoc for about 6 years now.

    4. Padadoc has a Pipedrive integration that is solid and well-integrated so that you can see the status of your quote documents incorporated into your deal pages.
    5. Pandadoc (as does PipeDrive) supports Zapier.com automation. We use this for a number of custom automations we put together including adding the responses to fields in our 'courier authority to leave | ATL forms' into several PD custom fields on our deal pages.
    6. Pandadoc supports a great catalogue feature (if you have a catalogue of products to incorporate into your pricing blocks). We publish 120k products to Pandadocs catalogue from our e-commerce store.
    7. After 6 years we occasionally search for alternatives to see whether there are any other products that have appeared that do an even better job .. but alas no. Pandadoc, particularly when used in conjunction with Pipedrive (and Zapier) is a pretty neat solution.

    Pandadoc is a comprehensive product. Setting up the PD integration is media business skill. If you use Zapier then a tad more non-programing s skill is required (but if you already use Zapier you will be aware of that) ... Basically, if you can get your head around how to do mail merges in MS word then getting your head around Pandadoc is not gonna be an issue.

    Costs us about $50 p/m per pro user but we have one person who is responsible for sending out all quotes (me!.. as the business owner) and so one licence is all we need.

    Zapier is a separate product I would recommend to any PD user who is looking to integrate disparate SAAS products to create a cogent and efficient workflow. .. Off topic but it really allows users to automate a hell of a lot more than the automation supplied by third party products to support zapier (eg the Pipedrive integration).
