Pipedrive/Xero Integration short-comings:

I feel that either Xero or Pipedrive developers should look again at the Xero integration as it doesn't make much sense to have only the single input - either organisation name or person name - in the Invoicing Preferences. They are separate entities and I would imagine that there are plenty of businesses that need to have both - we do for our invoicing and so the current integration is no good for us. I also agree with another post which talks about using a product list with prices (which our business does find useful) to auto-generate the invoices rather than having to recreate them in the invoicing app.

You are certainly correct. The current iteration of the integration is mostly meant as a placeholder for us to continue with and it's really just a matter of finding enough resources to fully commit to building it out to the amount we wish to.

I appreciate that, and for giving further explanation of the current development of the integration. If there were two fields - one for organisation name and one for person name - as opposed to the current single field which can have either - this would be a quick win for us. Many thanks
