    @Felicity Nolen Right, that's what the chat icon means, but the red dot on the top right corner? does that invite you to click?

    @Prague Fertility Centre to be honest I didn't even see the red dot initially. Maybe that's because it wasn't mentioned in the post.
    If I saw that red dot on a chat icon on a website, I would assume I had a notification and would click on it.
