We use the "Calling Feature" in Pipedrive, and are charged premium for calling and call recordings. The recordings of calls are available in Pipedrive and we are even able to view the number of minutes a person has called. This data is available with Pipedrive in the back-end. But is not available currently to us in reports. I wanted to know if there is a way to track, how many calls were made by a person in an hour and a day. What is the Total number minutes in an hour and a day. These reports are already available with Pipedrive in the backend, based on which we are charged. But I want to understand when will these reports be available for Users so we could be able to track and understand the data to make Informed Decisions.
