Left Navigation: add words instead of / in addition to the icons

I know you can hover to get a description, but it slows down one's work, especially new users. Being able to replace the icons with words (e.g. "Contacts") will help adoption by users in the company.

One major reason we selected Pipedrive was its ease of use, so that everyone in the company would use it. Having words instead of icons will help with adoption.

Thoughts by others ?

    I agree 100%. As a UX designer myself, I find the icons cryptic and very hard to scan where the right module is that I'm trying to navigate to. It slows me down even though I've been using pipedrive for a long time. There are just too many items in the nav to memorize the position of each one.
