Deal assigned to first activity
Is there a way to generate a report that shows how long it took to log/create the first activity after a deal was assigned to a user? Thanks in advance

You can do this using a custom date field, Pipedrive Workflow Automation, and Make/Integromat.

Hi @ZenHR Marketing as Amit said, there are ways using automation tools beyond Pipedrive's workflow automation.
Another option is to create timestamps in a Google Sheet (via automation) when a deal is created and assigned to a specific user and then when the first activity is created/marked as done. Then, based on this google sheet data you could create reports on time-to-respond by user, day, teams, etc.
