Automation cannot read/write Date Range fields

I realized that Workflow Automations cannot access Date Range fields. They are just not visible when selecting the fields to update, e.g., on a deal.
This is really annoying, because it means I cannot set the license period for our auto-generated license-renewal deals and have to rely on everyone to remember to do this manually.
Any chance this get's fixed soon?

+1 on this issue! We are really struggling with lots of automation issues at the moment. Please can you add this to product road map!0
