Called Logged dont need to be added to calendar

Whenever, we log a call as an activity it does not need to be added into the calendar. Making multiple calls can clog up the calendar. However, it still needs to be tracked so we can see how many calls are being made and by what employees.
When logging the call we only need a who called, who we are calling, time, date, some notes.
