How can I put a rule to autodistribute inbound request in the sales team ?

Hello,

I have 2 questions regarding the autodistribution of inbound request we can receive.

1. We created a web form in Pipedrive, and would like to autoditribute those inbound request between 2 sales person. There is a way to do with Pipedrive or integrator ?
2. When a person asks for a quote in our website, we receive a new offer in Pipedrive as we connected it with API. The same way that the 1st inbound request, we need to autodistribute those inbound requests between 2 or 3 sales persons.

I really appreciate some advice regarding these issues.

Just read through your 2 questions and in short I don't feel Pipedrive has a robust way of automating owners on Leads & Deals. However there could be a workaround for this using Pipedrive's automation.

Do you use labels in either or both Leads & Deals? If yes, we may be able to determine the owner by using labels which can be assigned manually or automatically based on the data the person has made through your web form & API.

If you dont use labels, they can be set up however you want but its worth noting that labels applied on a Lead will remove when converted to a Deal. The labels can be based on Demographics of the person enquiring or what type of enquiry they made.

Hi @Magalie_70899 - I'd recommend doing this via an automation tool such as Zapier. If there's certain criteria that would make a a lead/deal suited for a particular sales rep, you could create a step where you do a lookup and when X, and Y are true (for instance), the lead/deal is auto-assigned to person A. When X and Y are false (for instance), the lead/deal is auto-assigned to person B.
