Excel Date Format Confusion

Hi Guys New Pipedriver here!

Not sure if this has been asked and answered, but looking for ways to bulk format dates from Pipedrive onto a spreadsheet. The problem being unable to sort by date when reports are exported to excel.

I may be looking to hard and can't see the obvious!🤔
