What is the best way to connect the mail

What is the best way to connect the mail, where the applications pour from the site: as a separate new user and synchronize the mail? is it easy for any of the existing users to sync mail? so that these emails with applications immediately fall into the "Leads" section

    Hi.

    I use the "LeadBox" widget to connect any source of orders to Pipedrive: https://leadbox.com.ua/home-1.

    It's convenient because:

    - you can configure what and where will be transmitted without programmers

    - there is a check for duplication of contacts and deals

    - it is easy to configure distribution among managers

    - you can transfer the traffic source

    It also can parsed mails of the same type to Pipedrive making a deal and entering the necessary data from the letter in the required fields of Pipedrive.
