It would be great if a user/admin could extend the time an Alert pops up in the upper right hand area within PD. As it is the Alert only lasts about 15 seconds and if you are in another app, away from your desk, etc you can easily miss an important Activity or Calendar event. As an example if I'm making use of the Proposed Time link in my PD email, and a customer accepts and sets a time for a call there's a good chance I'll miss the Alert (unless there is a separate notification that I'm not aware of.
