Hello guys. If we do automations for sending emails, can we send emails always from one account? Not depending on who created the task.
As far as I know if sending an email is part of an automated workflow the email is always sent from the account in which the automation resides and it is not possible to assign a different email as the sender. You would need to move the automation to a different account.
our automations were always sent from my email as I was the person that implemented pipedrive. All automated emails sent from pipedrive included the word AUTOMATION in the subject line of all automated pipedrive emails so people could easily identify them and even filter them.
we are very careful not to over use automations. It’s easy to overdo it. Keep it simple is what I always say. Very often less is more practical.
