Adding customise tasks in activities

It would be really nice to be able to add customised tasks when you are planning and creating an activity. Where we see LLAMADA, FOLLOW UP, WHATSAPP, it would be nice to be able to add more and customise them.

It's possible! However, this action is only available to admin users.
