2FA Access for Implementation via Consultants
2FA provides a great sense of security for customers on Pipedrive. But as a consultant who regularly implements and accesses accounts, this can be a barrier for me to do my work. A common example is when I am testing my configuration in the evening when users are not working and dont expect to have to send emails to me etc.
A workaround is for the customer to add an extra seat to the account, then remove once I a done with the work. But this means extra payment, transferring ownership of automations built and any templates.
It would be great to see a solution where customers can add solution providers as a free seat and this way verification can be done without the need for the customer's input. Or allowing access to accounts without 2FA but only to authorised emails...
