🚨 Working with automations is a horrible experience
If you want to build very very simple automation it is easy but when you have a build a logic base automation in which there are criteria that need to be considered, then the experience to build it is horrible.
I really can not imagine building automation in an email marketing campaign using this.
Sorry, guys I really like Pipedrive but the automation are a horrible experience.

Thank you, Amit, but I am not talking about automation connecting other tools. I am talking about very simple automation inside Pipedrive. They are a nightmare to design. Automation is based on the assumption that the conditions have to be met, so it does not consider scenarios in which you have to design yes or no conditions to move forward. 🤮
