How do you request documents in the web form l forgot how to do it and I can't find the video

    Hi @ABizzMom I don't believe we can use attach here fields in web forms via Pipedrive. There is a small workaround if the person filling the form can provide a shareable link to the doc/image/video etc.

    Or you could use a 3rd party integration for capturing data via a web form

    That’s fine thank you , I think i’ve been getting confused with it all.
