History event --> chance to tag important event and to sort/find them

I have some customer with many "events". (note / email...)

I need the feature to tag important event.    

And a search tab.

so I can filter only important event (for a specific customer).  or only event related to a specific person

    Indeed not the ideal you're after but can be helpful in some situations. Nonetheless, I've passed your suggestion on to the team :)
