Notes Feature for Custom Fields

When speaking to clients I will make notes when then are collated in the notes tab, under the deal, person or organisation.
I would like to have the option for five more of those that have my own name for example “Weekly Meeting” using the custom field large text and I can then see them all in a tab, just as we do emails, activities.
Perhaps I could use the activities with their name and add the date but I would like to see those all collated under a title which isn’t possible there.
