Why is call logging no longer working in iOS?

I noticed a new issue with the iOS app. When I make a phone call it doesn't log whom I called, the Company, or the deal. I have to manually fill this out even though I just made the call directly from the contact's information in the app.

    Was having this issue intermitently. Currently the caller feature is unusable.
