Price increase for Silver monthly plan

Hello,

We have been using PipeDrive for now more than 3 and half years and we are really satisfied with it. Among the different CRM software it is very versatile also for a small company like our that uses PipeDrive as a simple ERP.

Personally I do not need, nor understand all those news that have been introduced recently.

On the other hand, I think that the increase in the Silver monthly plan from 15Eur to 19.90Eur communicated 1 month before change is not justified and also not sound of a fair way of doing business.

Normally one would communicate such an increase at least with some more advance.

Am I the only one that has been confronting with this price increase?

Would be great to understand what is the feeling of other users
