New Workflow Automation action event: Add Product to a Deal
You can now use Workflow Automation to automatically add one of your Products to a Deal as an "action event" to save you valuable time and prevent repetitive work.
Common Workflow Automations to set up with this action event:
- Add a product when a deal is created
- Add a product when a deal is moved to a specific stage in your pipeline
Quick tip:
- Only one Product can be added per action event, but if you need to add more than one Product, additional action events can be set up in the same workflow!

@Luke Jackson yes this is possible because you can indicate a specific stage and product within the automation, so for example when a deal goes into this stage in a specific pipeline add this specific product, or if added to another stage in another pipeline add this other product.

Will there be an Option to add a specific Product Variation instead of a whole Product?

Will it be possible to create a new Deal with Products related specifically to another deal?
For example, we have automation to create a Renewal Deal once a Deal is Won. It would be really valuable to pre-populated that Renewal Deal with the Products from the previous one
