In case for return customers, I'm trying to have them thrown into a new sales funnel pipeline after their purchase. In this case, the deal would need to have the product removed so that they can start fresh, and a new product can be added when the time comes.

You can do this using Make.

Thank you, I actually found a work around by deleting the deal, and recreating it in a different pipeline with the same name and contact person.
