Sandbox for testing existing account

I want to setup a sandbox account for API testing using data from our current Pipedrive account. Is this something that is possible with Sandbox Account in the Developers’ Corner?

    Hi there @IODST , you can indeed sign up and request a sandbox account for testing here.

    Sandbox accounts are separate to any other Pipedrive accounts you may own, so as to allow a safe and risk-free testing environment. But you can always export a sample of your data out of your current Pipedrive account, and import it into a sandbox account for testing :)

    @Manuel Oliveira, I have a related question:

    Is there a way to mirror the features enabled in my live Pipedrive account with my developer account without having to "double pay"?

    For example, my live account has Campaigns and I want to test that my API integration on my company's website is sending the leads and assigning them to an automated email campaign correctly. In the developer account, I get prompted to pay for Campaigns and it is unclear to me why I would need to pay for this feature in a sandbox?

    Please let me know if there is a way to enable the same feature set from another account for testing in the developer account. Thanks!

    Hey @python_papa 👋

    There is indeed, but that process is not automatic! Sandbox accounts have default settings, but they should mirror what your paying account has, so you can have Campaigns in the Sandbox account if your paying account has it (and you are paying for it).

    For that to happen, you need to contact the Support team, they will then check internally with a dedicated team, and the team will then see if it's possible to enable Campaigns in your Sandbox account.
