Is it possible to automatically add email attachments to Files area?
I have a workflow that sends the customer all necessary PDF forms they need to fill out when a deal begins via automated email. When the customer replies to the email with attachments, the email shows up in the history of the deal. I'd like to have those attachments automatically add to the Files section of the deal. Having to upload all of those manually to Pipedrive is a burden when you're dealing with 10+ files.
I explored using Documents for this workflow but we have forms that only render well in PDF and don't render well in word when converted.
