A long time ago when you clicked on participants in products, you got a pop-up window with a list view of participants contact information, just like in deal participants. A few years back, this functionality changed and you now just see a list of names with no company or contact information. The add person from search in this list view doesn't work either like the deal participants. I utilize the participants view as a list of contacts for purchasing that particular product when I am sourcing for a customer.

    They have no PARTICIPANT FUNCTION which we desperately need.

    How this is not basic is beyond my understanding!

    I concur! Please bring it back! You should be able to run a report with MULTIPLE FIELDS PRODUCTS that show all PARTICIPANTS.
