Seeing a deal's days since last action in pipeline view

Hello there...
In pipeline view, when a deal is rotting, a number is visible within a red oval with the number of days since last action. I'd like the ability to make that number visible whether the deal is rotting or not. I also think some additional color options would be cool, maybe green until we're 50% to the rotting point, yellow until we're 75% there, orange until we're 100% rotting and then red.
Thanks for the opportunity to make suggestions; really love Pipedrive.
