Intuitive Following of Organizations, Persons, Deals and Leads

When I start to follow an Organization, I should be given an option to

Y Follow Organization only

Y Also follow X Current X Future

X Deals X Leads X Persons X Organizations related to this organization

Legend: Y: Radio button | X: checkbox

Also a new setting in preferences:

1) Always ask me what to follow

2) Use these default settings each time I follow an Organization

How this will help? Today, I have to manually follow each lead, deal, and person under an Organization. With the above feature in place, I can easily execute my intent.
