Leads Inbox - Other sources (e.g. webform, zapier)
It would be great to be able to add leads to the leads inbox with zapier, api, or web forms. Only being able to collect them via csv or the leadbooster bot isn't helpful since more and more come in every day from the web form on our site, and we're not using the bot because it doesn't have bot-to-human live chat transfer. CSV upload is great for importing contacts but not relevant for leads, where data is transient and changes very quickly.
I apologize in advance if this has already been shared in the community, but I couldn't find an official form category for leads inbox feedback.

No worries Jake. It was asked before but happy to answer. Next time it's good to use the search bar to see if it has already been asked.
But there's good news. All you're asking is in the plans. Some is happening in weeks some takes a bit longer. Software development unfortunately takes time but expect a lot of cool updates the coming time in the leads section! 🚀
